What information do I need to provide?

You will need to provide information about your business, such as business name, address, contact information and details on the services you provide. Photos should also be provided.

We are able to build your website with minimal input from you and can create the logo, text and use stock images where appropriate to populate your site. However, the more information you are able to provide, the more personal the site will be to your business and the more effective it will be in drawing in new customers for you.

In short, you can provide us with whatever information you would like us to include on your site and the more information you provide us with, the easier it will be for us to complete your website.

Will my information be kept private?

We value our client’s privacy and do not share your information with any third parties. We comply with GDPR regulations and ensure your sensitive information is kept private.

Is there any cost to maintain my website?

As you may be aware. Your domain name (EG: yourbusiness.co.uk) is renewable annually, this currently costs around £13 per year.

Your website will also require hosting (hosting is effectively a computer that runs 24/7 forever that stores all your website files, so your website is always online and available to visitors). Low quality shared hosting is currently available for around £10 per month. However, this hosting can often cause your website to load slowly, which tends to annoy potential customers and will decrease the effectiveness of the website. This type of hosting usually doesn’t provide full support options, including backup and updates to ensure your site is secure and can be restored should it be hacked or run into other issues.

We can currently offer 3 options:

1) You can purchase your own hosting and install the website on your chosen host. We can also transfer the domain name to a domain registrar of your choice, giving you complete control of your website.

Please note: Should you require us to install our website on your hosting, this will incur a one-off fee of £50. If we purchased your domain name, it can be transferred to a domain registrar of your choice, we do not charge a fee for this but you will be liable for any fees your chosen domain registrar may require.

2) We will host your website on our fast and secure private UK servers for only £19 per month. This includes free maintenance to ensure your website is safe, secure and running smoothly and it includes free updates to the content management system your website requires to run and free backups and restores. Ensuring should the worst happen we’ve got you covered.

This type of hosting will cost you around £40 per month should you wish to purchase it yourself and would not include updates and backups unless you took control of these options yourself.

3) As option 2 but also including website management. This service is for customers that would like to regularly update their website but don’t have the time or expertise to do so. So, should you wish to add/remove pages or photos. Perhaps you would like to include seasonal special offers or products, or simple update existing information such as contact details, services, team members etc, we can provide that service for you for £39 per month, for unlimited updates.

We highly recommend this option to clients as it provides you with a fully managed option for an incredible price (Please note: If you would like us to do one-off updates outside of these options, they will be chargable at £20 per hour).

Can we host the website on my own hosting?

Yes, if you have hosting already we can install your website on your own hosting for a one-off of £50. However, you will be responsible for ensuring your hosting is functioning correctly and is up the to task. We can not trouble-shoot and problem-solve third party hosting services.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes you can. If you wish to use your domain name with our hosting, you will need to change your nameservers to point at our hosting. We can give you further information on how to do this if required.

Who will own the website files?

You will own the copyright and intellectual property rights for the website, video, images, database and everything associated with your website.

Are there any limitations when I order a website from you?

To take advantage of our special offer. We do have the following limitations:

• Website Design: You must use a similar layout to the one displayed in our design gallery. We can make changes in terms of layout, design, colour, images and even page titles/content. However, some aspects must remain the same, such as; the position of the logo and top navigation menu. These design has been tried and tested to get more bookings/customers for our clients and because they do not require any custom or specialised design elements, we are able to produce your website at a lower cost than any of our competitors.
  
• No more than 12 pages per website. This is because of the additional time required to create these pages and because our sites are not designed to be overly-complicated. Simplicity is the key to growing your business online. Present your visitor with great services or special offers and encourage them to contact you or book an appointment immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Payments are taken via Stripe, which is a world renowned and trusted payment processing company.
